Although quite vauge, he seems to have a psychic connection of sorts with C.C. Other than that, he was somehow able to transport Lelouch, Suzaku, Kallen and Euphemia to Kaminejima, and in the end causing the ground below them to collapse, but further details of these powers are unknown.

Physical Appearence:
V.V is Charles di Britannia's twin brother, but V.V's immortality has preserved his body through all the years, and even though Charles has grown, V.V still appears as a young boy. He has long blond hair that reaches the floor.
Even though he looks like a child, V.V has lived for at least 50 years, and seen much suffering. Faced with the cruelty of the world, his eyes have grown dark, and his expression has grown cold.
Personality:
V.V appears to be cold and emotionless, even to the point that it succeeds his counterpart, C.C. But in exchange, he seems to take a far more active role in his partnership with Charles, whereas C.C is mainly a passive bystander.
V.V is quite relaxed when it comes to promises. Even though he and Charles promised never to lie, he had done so from time to time.
He, similar to Charles, seems to have no quarrels in using other humans as hostages to his advantage. During the Black rebellion he kidnapped Nunally, and told C.C where to find her, to force Lelouch into leaving the battlefield, resulting in the Black Knights defeat.
Family:
As Charles di Britannia's brother, he has quite the number of nephews and nieces. Examples include Schneizel, Lelouch, Cornelia, Clovis, Odysseus and Euphemia.
His mother and father are both dead.
Background:
Little is known of V.V's history. He is the twin brother of Charles di Britannia and he was born 1963 a.t.b.
At a very early age he gained immortality in the same way that C.C did, but the details of this remains unknown.
When they where children, their mother was killed in the feud over who would rule Britannia. Lies and deceit was all around them.
After V.V and Charles mother died, they made a promise to "kill the gods" and to never lie to each other. Their goal of killing the gods, is in fact to trigger Ragnarok, and to remake the world in their own image, as a place without lies.
The two of them joined up with Marianne and C.C. The four of them decided to remake the world together, but V.V grew jealous. Charles spent much more time with Marianne, and started to change. To prevent Charles from leaving him, V.V killed Marianne, and made it look like a terrorist attack.
And for the first time, he lied to his brother.
C.C left the Geass directory, and V.V was put in charge instead of her. Now he searches for her, because they need her help to trigger Ragnarok.

V.V stared at the young boy, standing bellow him. He was thin, and about 2m tall, and slightly hunchbacked. But his eyes...
His right eye was azure blue, but his left one...
The Geass in his left eye truly suited him. It gazed at V.V with fright.
But V.V merely gazed back at the young boy with dull eyes, signaling the utmost boredom.
"Name?"
His voice rung in the dark halls, bouncing, echoing and multiplying. It sounded as if it came from all around the young man.
The young man gave a slight start at the sound of his voice, but pulled himself together and cleared his throat.
"Inkasha Rose".
