Wednesday ran down the hallway with a quick jogging step. She was late, oh gods, dammit she was late. She whirled a corner and sighted the classroom in question. Running through the door she pushed it open and slowed her pace. Wednesday looked over the empty classroom, then down at the schedule in her hand. She was a half-hour early. Wednesday sighed and slumped into her chair.

Throwing her arm over her face she coughed once, and muttered something along the lines of "Why bother with this normal life stuff?" The doctors said she was perfectly okay, physically, but she had suffered some mental wounds that would take a lifetime to mend. At least, it was an entirely Britannian school. She'd finally meet some respectable people.

Yggdrasila looked at Wednesday. "Hey I'm Yggdrasila from your new class." Yggdrasila said. Yggdrasila is a Britannian-born female but also with a secret group that she doesn't bother of speaking about.

Wednesday lifted her arm to look over the other person. She smiled, and rose to her feet, stretching out her hand for the other to shake. "Pleasure to meet you." She said happily. "My name's Wednesday. I just recently transferred to Ashford." Wednesday's conversation skills were rusty, I'll have to work on that, she mentally noted.

Keeping direct eye contact with the other, she continued. "I never knew that Britannia had such wonderful schools over in a Number Territory. I heard that it even has a swimming pool, is that true?" Wednesday grimaced at how the words sounded coming from her mouth. Her hand quivered a little, but otherwise remained outstretched.

"Yeah it does." Yggdrasila said. Yggdrasila shook Wednesday's hand. "You need to work on your conversations skills because they are kinda rusty. Are you a Britannian born?" Yggdrasila asked. Yggdrasila is also a Britannian but hates them, but won't act like it in front of anyone.

"But of course." Wednesday cocked her head slightly, her dark hair spilling over her shoulder. "Is this not a Brittannian school, no scum as an Eleven even dare enter these walls, correct? My father is a stationed general here. He searched very far for a proper school for Britannian blood." She smiled ever so slightly, annoyed at the mention that she could be anything but a pure breed Britannian.

To the other's comment to her conversation, she said, "I am a bit unpracticed. My linguistics teacher disappeared a few months before my arrival here." Wednesday did not mention her hospital stay, it was not necessary.
